Data Deletion

Last updated 2026-10-15

Draft — pending legal review. This document describes how MedClinora works today, while the product is in development. It will be reviewed and may change before MedClinora is generally available.

What we keep when you sign in with Facebook or Google

If you sign in to MedClinora with Facebook (Meta) or Google, we receive and store:

  • your name and email address;
  • your Facebook or Google account ID, which links your sign-in to your MedClinora account.

We don’t store your profile picture or keep your Facebook or Google access tokens, we don’t post anything on your behalf, and we don’t read your friends, photos, or other profile data. Your MedClinora account also holds the information described in our Privacy Policy, such as your clinic memberships.

How to ask for deletion

Email support@medclinora.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, or send the request through our contact form.

Please send it from, or include, the email address of your MedClinora account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so that no one else can delete your account.

What happens next

  • We delete your account and the personal information linked to it, including the data received from Facebook or Google, within 30 days.
  • We email you a confirmation when the deletion is complete.
  • Security event records, which contain no email addresses or passwords, are deleted automatically after 180 days. We keep other information only where the law requires it.
  • If you are the only owner of a clinic workspace, we’ll ask whether to transfer the workspace to another team member or delete it.

If you are a client of a clinic

Records a clinic keeps about you — for example your client profile, appointments, treatment records, or completed forms — belong to that clinic, which may need to keep them as part of your care history. Please ask the clinic directly. If you contact us instead, we’ll pass your request on to the clinic.

Remove MedClinora from Facebook

To stop MedClinora receiving anything from Facebook, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find MedClinora, and choose Remove. When Facebook tells us you removed the app and asked for your data to be deleted, we unlink your Facebook account straight away and give you a confirmation code and a page where you can check the request’s progress; we then delete your MedClinora account within 30 days, as described above.

For Google, go to your Google Account’s Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, choose MedClinora, and remove its access.
