Every plan includes the clinic essentials and a monthly allowance for each AI assistant, so you know what you’ll get before you choose. Prices are in CAD per month, before applicable taxes, and are provisional while MedClinora is in development. There’s no free plan.
14-day Pro trial
Create an account and your clinic, then the clinic owner starts the trial from the Plan page. No payment card, and nothing is charged when it ends. One trial per account; AI usage is capped during the trial (see below).

Included usage
How allowances work
Monthly, per clinic
Allowances renew on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused units don’t carry over. One allowance covers the whole clinic: adding practitioners or locations doesn’t add or reset it, and Multi-Location pools one allowance across the group.
When an allowance runs out
Owners and managers see a notice at 75% and 90% of an allowance. At 100%, that feature pauses until the next month: website chats go to your team, chat booking asks clients to contact the clinic, and new AI drafts aren’t generated. Nothing is charged automatically. Ask us for more capacity at any time.
AI drafts are drafts
AI documentation produces a draft note only. A practitioner or the clinic owner has to review it, correct it, and confirm that review before the note is final; drafts are visible only to them. Clinical judgment and the record stay with your team.

| AI chat responses | One completed assistant reply to one message. Streaming pieces are never counted separately. An attempt that fails before the AI provider answers is returned; an attempt the provider answered is counted. |
| AI voice minutes | Billable call time answered by the AI receptionist, rounded up to the next whole minute per call, reconciled to the voice provider's reported duration. Not metered yet: no voice provider is connected. |
| AI booking actions | One booking, change, or cancellation the client confirms in the AI chat and that is saved. Offered times, intermediate steps, and failed or abandoned confirmations aren't counted. |
| AI documentation drafts | One AI-prepared draft note. Each regeneration counts again. A request that fails before the AI provider answers isn't counted; a reply that comes back but can't be used still counts, and the draft is prepared without AI. |
| SMS segments | One billable outbound message segment (up to 160 plain characters, or 70 with emoji or accents). A long text is several segments. Counted when the text provider accepts the text; a text it refuses isn't counted. |
Seats
Your team on every plan
- Every plan includes 1 manager and 1 receptionist, plus the practitioner seats shown for the plan (1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 6 on Pro, 10 on Multi-Location). The owner’s account is always included; if the owner also treats clients, they use one of the practitioner seats (so Starter is one person treating clients: you, or one practitioner).
- A pending invitation takes a seat until it’s accepted, cancelled, or expires, whether the owner or a manager sent it. When a role is full, cancel its pending invitation (or change or remove the member) before inviting someone else.
- The limits are checked on our servers whenever someone invites or assigns a team member, not just hidden in the app.
- A move to a plan with fewer seats waits until enough seats are free, or until we agree a higher limit with you. We never remove a team member or their records to make a plan fit; you choose who changes role or leaves.
- Locations: Starter, Growth, and Pro are single-location plans. Multi-Location (three or more locations, by contract) arrives with location management, which is still being built; until then it is arranged with us only.
Free trial
The 14-day Pro trial
Every Pro feature that’s released, with no payment card. One trial per clinic and per owner account: creating another clinic or changing your details doesn’t start a new one. When it ends, features pause until the clinic has a plan; your clients, appointments, records, and team are kept, and nothing is charged. Usage during the trial is capped at these amounts for the whole trial (they don’t renew monthly):
