What is MedClinora?
MedClinora is clinic management software being built for medical spas and aesthetics clinics in Canada, starting in Ontario. It aims to bring appointments, client records, team communication, and day-to-day operations into one platform, with AI assistance added over time. It is developed by TetraSol Ontario Inc.
Which clinics is MedClinora designed for?
Independent medical spas, Botox and injectables clinics, laser and skin clinics, and small aesthetics practices with a few practitioners. Clinic groups with several locations can ask us about the Multi-Location plan.
Which features are available today?
MedClinora provides its platform foundations plus 43 released clinic features. The Features page marks each feature as available or planned.
What plans are available?
There are 4 plans: Starter (CA$39/month), Growth (CA$59/month), Pro (CA$99/month), Multi-Location (Starting at CA$199/month). Prices are in Canadian dollars and are provisional. Billing isn't set up yet, so no plan can be paid for online today; ask us and we'll arrange a plan with you. A plan lists the features it includes, but a feature is only usable once it has been released.
Is there a free plan?
No. MedClinora has no free plan. You can try it with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan, after which your clinic needs a plan to keep using its features.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Create an account, verify your email, and set up your clinic. The clinic owner can then start a 14-day trial of the Pro plan from the clinic's Plan page. Each account can start one self-service trial; for another clinic, request a plan or ask us about a trial. When the trial ends, features pause until your clinic has a plan, and your account, clinic, team, and data are kept.
Do I need a payment card for the trial?
No. The trial doesn't ask for a payment card, and nothing is charged when it ends.
Can I request a demo?
Yes. Send a demo request and our team will contact you to arrange a time. We review requests manually.
How can I contact the team?
Use the contact form. Your message goes to the MedClinora team, who reply by email to the address you provide.
How does MedClinora handle security?
Accounts use verified email addresses and support two-step verification; MedClinora's own administrators must use it. Each clinic's workspace is isolated from every other clinic, every request is checked against the signed-in member's role, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited. We don't currently claim any formal security certification.
Where can I find the privacy policy and terms?
The Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy are linked at the bottom of every page. They are drafts pending legal review and will be updated before MedClinora is generally available.
