Draft — pending legal review. This document describes how MedClinora works today, while the product is in development. It will be reviewed and may change before MedClinora is generally available.
About these terms
These terms apply to the MedClinora website and application, operated by TetraSol Ontario Inc., 7 Treeline Crt., Markham, ON L3S 3T8, Canada (“we”). By creating an account or using MedClinora, you agree to them.
A product in development
MedClinora is under active development. Features described as planned are not available and may change or never be released. We don’t promise release dates. The Features page shows what is available today.
Accounts and clinics
- You must give accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
- The person who creates a clinic workspace is its owner and is responsible for who they invite and the roles they assign.
- Each clinic is responsible for the information it enters and for having the right to enter it.
Client information and clinical care
- Clinics decide what information they keep about their clients and are responsible for having their clients’ consent or another lawful basis to keep it, for answering their clients’ requests, and for the forms and messages they send.
- MedClinora is a tool for running a clinic. It doesn’t give medical advice, and the clinic and its practitioners remain responsible for every treatment decision and record.
- Website chat isn’t for emergencies. Visitors are told to call their local emergency number, and messages that sound urgent are passed to the clinic’s team.
- How we handle the information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Connected services
A clinic can choose to connect services such as Zoom, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Facebook lead forms. Those services are provided by their own companies under their own terms. The clinic is responsible for its accounts with them and can disconnect them at any time; we aren’t responsible for how those services work or for outages on their side.
Plans, trials, and payment
- A clinic owner may start one 14-day free trial per account. No payment card is required, and nothing is charged when it ends; the clinic’s tools then pause until it has a plan, while its team can still sign in.
- Prices shown on the website are provisional. Online billing isn’t available yet; plans are arranged with us directly. See Billing, cancellation, and refunds.
- Ending a trial or a plan doesn’t delete your clinic, team, or data.
Acceptable use
- Don’t try to access another clinic’s workspace or any account that isn’t yours.
- Don’t disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or send automated or abusive requests.
- Don’t enter information you have no right to keep, or use MedClinora to send messages people haven’t agreed to receive.
- Don’t use MedClinora for anything unlawful.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service or other clinics at risk.
Availability and liability
While MedClinora is in development it is provided as is, and we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The limits of our liability will be set out in the reviewed version of these terms.
Changes and contact
We’ll update these terms as MedClinora develops and show the date of the latest version above. Questions? Use our contact form.
